1. Fulfillment policy

 

Once a successful purchase transaction has been completed, tickets will be issued digitally. Tickets will be delivered as an order confirmation via email to the email address nominated by the purchaser.

2. Refund Policy

In case of an event cancellation we give you a full refund. We allow attendees to request refunds up to 7 days before the start of an event.

If we approve the request for a refund, we will process your refund and apply the credit automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

We respond to eligible refund requests within 7 days of receiving them and may refund orders within 10 days.
